The ‘Masseria’

Nestled on a gentle hill in the Mascali countryside, on the slopes of Etna, suspended in an atmosphere of rare beauty and idyllic serenity, surrounded by the wonderful rural scenery of a luxuriant orange tree and the best Sicilian hospitality, stands the Agriturismo “Gli Aranci. dell’Etna “, obtained from an ancient farmhouse of the early ‘800 in the heart of the Sicilian countryside.

Gli Aranci dell’Etna was therefore born as an agritourism company with the aim of enhancing this typical and extraordinary rural construction, a symbol of peasant civilization.

Built entirely of solid lava stone, the dominant element of Etnean architecture, the ancient masseria has been divided into three large and comfortable apartments, each characterized by a specific architectural element, such as the Arch, the Fireplace and the Oven.

The recent renovation and modernization works have been designed and built in order to enhance this ancient building, making it modern and functional but without upsetting it.

The result is a structure where tradition and modernity are perfectly combined, offering guests a unique atmosphere and the utmost in relaxation and comfort.
